Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after purchase. Since each order is completely custom made, it takes us a bit longer to get everything finished. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time
After processing, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 7–12 business days depending on location and carrier conditions. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Hydrofly Floats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
