Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Hydro Bump does not currently offer subscriptions, trial purchases, or recurring billing. Every item in our store is a straightforward one-time purchase — no surprises, no hidden charges.

Order Cancellation
Orders enter processing immediately after checkout. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase — we want you to love what's on its way to you.

Pre-Orders
If a product is listed as a pre-order, your purchase reserves that item for you as soon as it becomes available. Pre-orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed.

Returns & Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hydroflyfloats.com and we will provide a replacement if approved.
